What you get

You choose the columns. Each resume becomes one row. Here is an example of the output:

NameEmailPhoneCurrent titleYears of experienceTop skills

Example row for illustration. Your columns are whatever you name.

Why it's usually painful

A single job post can bring in hundreds of resumes in every format imaginable. Copying names and details into a tracker before you can even compare candidates wastes hours of a recruiter's day.

How it works

01

Upload the resumes

All the CVs for a role, in any layout or design.

02

Choose the columns

Contact details, current title, years of experience, education, skills, location, or any criteria you describe.

03

Sort and shortlist

One candidate per row, so you can filter by experience or skills in seconds.

Questions

Does it work with designed or two-column resumes?

Yes. The AI reads the content, not a fixed layout, so creative formats work too.

Can it score candidates?

You can add a column such as 'Has SAP experience (Yes/No)' and it will answer it for each resume.

What happens to candidate data?

Uploads are processed over HTTPS, deleted automatically after a short retention period, and never used to train AI models.

Stop copy-pasting.

Upload your first batch and download the spreadsheet in minutes.
